Any body have an 18'56" phowler with a 36 pd or an 18'60"? What kind of speeds are you getting and how well does it handle weight?

I am going Saturday to test drive an 18'56" with a 36pd I can't wait to see how well it does but I am debating on the 18'56" and the 18'60" I will be bowfishing out of it so I will be hauling alot of weight so I am having a hard time deciding on witch boat to go with but maybe after I drive the 18'56" it will help me decide. Thanks for the replys

I'm tinkering with getting a Phowler 1756 or 1760. I normally carry a 3 man load and traverse some big water before getting into the slop. Anybody running either of these hulls and have any opinions on them?

cuttdown, I contacted you guys via email and didnt get a response. Im looking into a phowler but dont want to drive to Iowa to run and see one. I have a buddy that runs a guide service at reelfoot lake that has one. I would like to come and talk with you guys and take a ride. Im looking at an 1872, and a 1860, and maybe a 2072. 8-)

I was gonna offer you a ride in a 2066, but if you are near Reelfoot, I think you are closer to Clinton, IA than you are to Northern Virginia!
