This was out of a previous post but wanted it on top. I was lucky enuf to meet all these folks in Feb. at the SETX run and Daley's open house. I have nothing but good things to say for this whole bunch. Glad to know who I will be talking to when getting advice or parts..... [* Re: SETX??? Al this started 3 years ago in a mutual friends garage. I built his motor. Keith bought a mm I built his. Next thing more people wanted motors. Keith and I talked about it. We were partners . I turned wrenches he handled the rest. He was the public figure I was the silent one. He wanted to open a fishing store and didn' t have time for setx. We had an offer to sell setx, we both agreed we work ed to hard to see it go away. Me wife bought him out. We are in the same building and we conduct business with each other. I am still the wrench turner and my wife is learning the business end. The transition was not easy or cheap. We are working towards making it a better business yet. I am not a mmt. Sponsor Setx is. I do not post about setx and never have. I don't try to push my work on anyone. I think good running motors is good enough. Yeah, I've read pretty much every post on here in the last year or year and a half, unless it was deleted before I saw it. I had no idea that Keith was no longer affiliated with SETX. I knew Cody was working with them, but I didn't know he was now running the show. I wish Cody and SETX the best of luck. |

So is SETX just performance parts and labor etc and not a MB dealer? Is Keith @ Daley Hunt and Fish a MB dealer? Or are they both dealers? |

We are both dealers but we have a gentlemans agreement, he sells the boats and motors and we sell the parts. We also handle the warranty work. |
