I want to thank Hoyt, Kyle and the GT crew for another great coustomer service experience... I sat at the shop for a little while, but at least we made time pass by BS'ing about boats, hunting, and old friends... Not to mention they fixed my problem on the spot.... I also got a chance to hear about the upcoming ideas and projects they will have for 2012. Must say I'm extremely happy to be a gator-tail owner. |

I can agree with the great customer service. I live about a baziilion miles from the nearest mud motor dealer... so I can't drive down there to get help. I called Hoyt with a problem and he fixed me right up. Sent the part out and I'm back on the water. It was a very good experience. |
