What is a gator tail made from steel or aluminum or mix? Anyone know the weight of 23 gtr is? Got a small boat I'm buildin and really want smaller than 23 but that's lowest gt makes and tryin to keep weight down and don't want a GDSD because of the mostly steel frame don't really want a mud buddy but the 14 mini is close to what I need if I go with a surface drive Also anyone know if smaller motor can be used on a 23 frame? Thanks in advanced |

gt's frames are aluminum but a couple parts like the swivel are steel. the gtr 23 weighs about 180lbs and a vanguard 16,18,20, and 23 all have the same footprint. |
