Anyone know any good fiberglass men near lake Charles, I've got a hand laid fiberglass pirogue passed to me from my grandpa needs some work done to it before its a loss. |

Fiber glass work is pretty easy. Buy a fiberglass kit from an auto parts store. Sand the area really well to give it something to stick to. Follow directions on kit. |

Go to a hardware store and check out west system. Very easy to use and they have good videos on you tube. |

I've used west systems before but with sheets of fiberglass, the type used on my pirogue is more like... Particle glass if that makes sense:/ it's made the same way a bass boat is made, I know it would work but I'd like a pro to do it so it will look nice. I appreciate the help but I'd rather a pro do it |
