Post up whose all coming out??

I'll be at the launch at 8AM but your welcome to show up when you can get to the ramp just call one of us.

To get to Hugo Point from I-10 take the FM 565 exit (exit just West of Trinity River bridge) and go south on FM 565 to Gou Hole Road. (There's a large sign point to the left 1/4 mile down FM565) Turn left onto Gou Hole Road and follow it out to the gate at the end of the public road. Turn left into the park.

There are restrooms but I'd bring your own TP

There's a Valero that's great to stop and gas up, ice, drinks etc at the SE corner of I-10 & FM 565.

Here's a clip from earlier this week...

Can't guarantee this quality of mud on Saturday due to us only having 1 tide. But it will be going out all day which means the later your there the shallower its going to get

I can guarantee some shallow water / mud and a hella good time :D

See yall out there!

Oh if your coming out Saturday and don't know where to go I can meet you at ramp and come bring you back to where we'll be playing at. 713-594-4252 (Coe)

Planning on doing a little fishing early am. I want to hook up with some reds if we can. Ya'll had any luck fishing out there? This will only be my second time out there.

Advantages to launching at Hugo point??? Our duck blind spots are closer to the locks, that's why we were gonna launch there.

Cool. Thanks for the info. We may put in at Hugo now. If you see a green ranger in the lot when you get there, that's me.

We will try to be back at the ramp around 8 - 815 to follow you to the mud spots.
My name is James BTW.

I'm down with it. RDR is staying at my place in Pearland this evening and we're having a little get together. I'll fry up some fish and we can tell huntin lies, maybe shoot some pool and fo sho drink a frosty cold beverage or 2. Anybody in the area is welcome to stop by.

We'll be leaving PL in the am with marshbandit in the rear view which is probably a spot he should get use to.

If you ever seen 10 boats & 1 airboat flying down a river you can kinda see from the photos I tried to capture it a few times.... Let's just say when that GW flipped on the lights and all 11 boats came straight to him I'd be getting a little nervous too... They checked our life jackets and said have fun
