That qbeam is a piece of shit. My original qbeam lasted 5 years until I dropped it in the water. my blue dot lasted two hours. |

http://www.amazon.com/Brinkmann-800-500 ... B002ZG7WNU Get ya one of these, I got one last season. Bright as hell, not heavy like the old rechargeable qbeams, and lasts forever on a charge. I think I charged mine once last season. |

I just look at a qbeam and they break. Made my own and have had no problems in 3 years. |

Here ya go, don't know how much you can tell from the pic. But not bad for something that last forever on a charge, don't weigh nothin and don't tie you to a 12v battery |

I got rid of my Q beam and started using rigid ind. flash light instead. Brighter lighter, and rechargeable battery lasts about 3-4 hours on high. |

i have bad luck with Q-beams as well! have meted the wires on 1 or 2. melted the plugs on 2. one i got now is at least the 4th or 5th in like 2 years. i got 1 i can hard wired to the battery. Got one of those new Browning dirty bird spot lights for Christmas last year. Yall I am hear to tell ya that is the best spot light i have ever had. Bright as all get out! 100% waterproof, floats, bulb is supposed to last forever. Can run for over 24 hours continuously on new batteries. has 3 options: High, low and a slow flash like a beckon/strobe. I love that thing. It's small and lite. If yall are looken for a good handheld spot light that thing is the bees knees!!! |
