Post clutch smell like it was burning
Got in some mud and was going from forward to reverse a good bit the clutch was smelling pretty good how do i check to see if i did it in or not?? I know probly a dumb question but just got the motor only has 10 hours on it just concerned and clueless???????????

I'd be willing to bet its the brake pads on you reverse rotor. Make sure you squeeze the lever tight when in reverse or the pads will slip and create heat which will smell like something is burning. If everything is still working roll with it.

I put mine into some serious schiat with only 9 hrs on it and thought I burned the clutch. I agree with the guys, while trying to go back and forth, you're not concentrating on squeezing the clutch lever hard enough and you prolly smell the pads. I have 136 hrs on mine now, and never had a problem. Don't think you did any damage. Do it some more :D :D
