My trailer bounces very noticeably between 15-25 mph. Tire pressure is good and equal in both tires. What can cause this? Can a trailer tire be balances like a car tire? It is a galvanized diamond city.

Sounds like you have a tire out of round. That's my guess. Jack it up and spin it by hand and see if its smooth or not.

If they are bias ply bet you got a bad tire those things are junk. Just replaced mine with radial tires and smother as silk my other tires weren't even a year old.

I had to put new tires on my trailer. I bought these radial load range D tires on galvanized wheels and they shipped the 60lb box for free. Then I sold my old wheels and tires on Craigslist and ended up ahead over the cheapest tires the local tire store would put on it.
