Not opposed to it. Wondering about the performance differences between the two. Would it be worth the difference in $. I wouldnt mind a little modification. |

Give a little info on the loads you carry and what you expect. There really wont be a weight difference between the 2 motors and no replacement for displacement. IMO I would forget the extra costs of the modded motor and get a 18' boat built for a MM to go with it unless money is not an issue. |

I am looking for a replacement motor for my rig. I have a 25 hp godevil now and want to upgrade. Usually 3 guys, dog, decoys, nothing out of the ordinary. Would like to see speeds around 25 mph. |

I am looking at a mud buddy 35 La Special. Whats the benefits of a cavitation plate? Do you need one? Whats the opinion of that motor? |
