My dads selling his old bass tracker, and he called tonight asking why his new registration ('13-'16) didn't have the transfer of ownership writing on the back like they used to. I got to looking at mine on my bay boat, and it's the same way. It had the transfer writing on the back of the original one, but the new renewal one is blank on the back. Did WL&F change this to make you do something different? How do you sell a boat now? We'll call tomorrow, just figured someone here may know. |

its cause it doesn't transfer anymore when some one buys it they have to pay regristration fees instead of a simple transfer fee! |
