How does it perform,is the motor to heavy,would i need pods ? My boat has a 20'' transom. Any help would be great. Thanks |

I run a 16x44 Southfork with a 35GTR stock. It has a 20" transom without pods. My top speed so far is 28 shallow with only myself and my daughter. |

I run a 16X48 with a 35 and haven't had any problems. |

I used to run my motor on a 16x48 and never had any issues,stock empty it would run right at 30,with a big load that would drop to 25.With a modded motor that went to 34 empty and 29-30 with a big load. |
