 Pd question??
Is the 25 pd alot slower then the 27?? what would you expect out of a 25pd on a 1648 pd edition gator trax? Wich would be a better boat that or a 27 pd on a 1648 sea ark with pods? looking to use as transport only would like to carry three adults and 4 doz. decoys but mostly just my 8 year old and me.

 Re: Pd question??
if you gave me that choice I would have to say the 25 with the PD edition Gatortrax. You don't want a boat with flotation pods if at all possible. Plus that Gatortrax is a much better built boat and will run better in the shallow nasty stuff than the other boat. Go with the first. You can always get a larger PD later and run on that GT boat.

 Re: Pd question??
I think i'd go with the Gator Trax & PD as well. When they were building the PD edition, they were a PD dealer. Plus it's a tapered chine boat. You'll get better turning ability.
And the GT boat is built like a tank.
I've heard that the difference in the 27 & 25 isn't much.
