Looking to get a 1752 weldbilt with a 35hp gatortail or mud buddy on the back. How do you think that boat will handle (speed and load). Wish I coulds afford a custom built boat, but not right now. Will be hunting with one guy and dog, so not that much weight.

should serve you well with that load and even one more guy. Things will probably start to go down hill when you add the 3rd guy and 4th will probably prevent you from planeing off.
