They dont hurt to add one. I ran one inline with the engine fuel pump and it worked well. |

some engine need the fuel pump, but some don't. So try without first and if the motor starves for fuel then spend the money for a fuel pump. A lot of time the need for a fuel pump could be from a leak in the fuel line. |
