Post Rpm ? for SDs
I have a 35 horse Mudbuddy SD that I'm running at 3500-3600 rpm's. What does everybody else run at?

My 2015 gtr with the three blade will bump 3680-3700 max but it doesn't have an hr on it. Hope to see 4000 when it breaks in some

Make sure your out of water RPMs are around 4200-4300.

Stock you should still be tuning 3800-4000 if trimmed correctly.

different motors (gearing, props, stock, modded) and boats (larger, smaller, wider, narrower, heavy, light) are all going to perform differently - there really is no one size fits all solution to this question. The real question is where does your rig perform best (speed, on step, handling, tiller torque, vibes) at 3700 or 4100 rpms?
