Verizon put the screws to me. One hand doesn't know what the others doing. Got a fifth line so my boys could call me if they got stuck in the woods (ages 8 and 10). I did sounder the pretense that it would cost me 25 a month and they are charging me 40. Locked in for two years then they'll never get another dime from me. I can afford them but I won't! If they make promises make them put it in writing or it didn't happen. They also promised to wave some fees that they did not. Scumbags! |

Call cooperate and complain, they will give your money back... The issue is the idiots at the retail stores work on commission and tell you anything |

Hate Verizon! Their customer service is pathetic and always has been. They have the best cell tower service around here but I still won't change to them |

It's been a while since I had a contract but the last one I think was $250 to break the contract. Pay them the fee and tell them to fuck off. All the phone companys are crooks. |
