I just got a 1646 gator tail boat. Wanted to see what size bar yall are running. I don't have a trolling motor for it yet so I don't know how big I can go without eating into the space for the trolling motor. I'm thinking a 12" is what size I need. If anyone runs a 46" wide gator tail boat with trolling motor I'd like to know what size bar you run.
Thanks

I'm running two 8" bars. Each light has two flood and two spots in each. I'm running it on a removable drop in bracket

A good 12" is plenty of light and doesn't take up too much space

This is the one I am running http://www.seeliteleds.com/products/12- ... -v-led-bar and can't really see any reason I would need more.

I run a rigid industries SR-10 with a Rigid Dually on each side. It's enough light so see two gnats screwing behind a brick wall

http://www.southernliteled.com/sll-boat ... and-linex/ This thing is bright as hell and is compact and tough as nails. You can get it with a wench, nav lights and in different heights.
