You don't have a vent on your fuel tank. Loosen the gas cap. The new caps don't vent well

What type of fuel line do you have?
Is it the grey colored fuel line?

Make sure your tank is vented either through the cap or through an overflow line.

That blue hose is junk. It has a plastic liner on the inside that the ethanol will cause to lose its adhesion to the hose inner wall.

You can check this by getting a short piece of the black hose and drop it in a portable tank. See if your bulb collapses. If it doesn't collapse, you have solved the problem. Replace that junk.

Cut that blue hose open and look at what you see. That plastic liner will be separated and collapsed.

Now I have! LOL

I have the gray in my hull from when it was built. I replaced the blue in the boat at the camp with the black. Looks like I will be re-routing fuel line beneath another floor, soon! How long was that one in service? Looks like it just got brittle. Certainly can see the gasoline enamel staining.
