They are not giving out very much information. Maybe they are trying to cover up for the officers. I read that there was no gun found in his vehicle. |

And State Police say there was no warrant for them to execute. Maybe there was outstanding warrants. But this is very tragic. All the reports say that "a six year old autistic boy was shot and killed....." what does being autistic have to do in this case? How about an innocent six year old was shot and killed. it is like they are trying to garner more sympathy with something that has no bearing on the case. |

They arrested the 2 cops who killed him. The story says they won't tell why they stopped the dad. |

Judge issued a gag order so no more leaks from State Police or anyone regarding the investigation. The body cam video will have most, if not all of the answers, as to what happened, but we won't find out about that until after the trial which could be over a year from now. In the mean time, the deputies are in jail charged with murder. Because of the severity of the charges, the body cams must be very damning to the police officers. |

The fact that he had his hands up in the air and no firearm was found, along with one of the marshals having some kind of "relationship" with the guy's ex aint gonna help their case at all. |

City marshals indicted in killing of 6-year-old. Where is Obama at for this one? I guess it doesn't fit in with his agenda. |
