get aucoin to build you one with a 3/16th bottom. I run stumps constantly...3/16th bottom is the way to go. |

i really want a mb 45. but on the other hand i want one with reverse, mb does not make a motor with reverse that im aware of, only pro drive and GTR. ill have to think on the motor. but i most certainly want the strongest thickest toughest boat possible. im using a go devil 18 foot with a 35MB sd right now and ive already put a pretty decent hook in the bottom. i don't want to have to worry about running over stumps, i like to get to were im going without having to put the whole way. |

if it ain't braced right I don't care how thick ur bottom is.... if you routinely abuse it it will hook. a 1/8" bottom braced right will outlast a 3/16" bottom with bullshit for bracing any day. |
