Considering having an 1850 boat built to replace the rig I am selling. Anyone have advice on places to purchase new boat trailers in SELA? Willing to travel a bit.
I will keep watching Sportsman and CL for something but would appreciate your input.

You getting a homemade boat just find a old truck rear end and some pipe and build you one

About a month ago when I was shopping for my Havoc recently, I went to the Diamond City manuf facility in 39 Park Rd, Murfreesboro, Arkansas since that Havoc dealer was very close to it already. I wanted to possibly convert my existing DC alum trailer to carry the Havoc. (This trailer came from Trailers of La in New Iberia, I shopped it hard at the time 4yrs ago and it was about the best price.)
DC had a nice new V alum trailer that a dealer backed out on, and offered it at 20% less, about $1300 as I recall.

I ended up buying a nice used boat and EZ Trac alum trailer instead, but man that DC trailer was very nice and a very good deal at the time. You might call them ask to speak to that owner. He had a nearby dealer that would run the paperwork for a small fee and make sure all was 100% legal as he can't sell to public directly.

The point is he had a whole bunch of trailers on the lot, never know what you might find to deal on. It was enjoyable talking to the manuf facility directly. Same as talking to a custom builder here, you get the real story.
