square chine, round chine, stepped chine?! Now that I feel that I am in the short rows on the engine dilemma, I'm starting on the boat. Really liking the GatorTrax and the Gator Tail hulls. Please weigh in on this one if you've got a minute. Are there any other smooth bottom mud boat builders I should check out? Needing 20' or better in length, 60" wide at floor or better, min side height 21". Again, thanks in advance for your insight.

i wouldnt go with the round chine boat, they do not carry a load as well. a square chine hull will carry the load the best. brother breaux builds a fine hull in my opinion.

once u figure out which mudmotor u want, i recommend u buy their brand of boat as well. that way it will perform as it should.
