We are doing a Brand new 35 HP engine, with a full build for Jesse. .120" longer Billet Aluminum Connecting rods Flat Top Forged JE pistons Cylinder heads with some Great ports and a BADASS Valve job. Welded Rocker Boss' Voodoo Performance Exhaust Tool Steel Billet Camshadt HSR 42 Mikuni Carburetor Port matched intake Ported Black Death adapter 1.6:1 Ratio Roller Rockers (shaft aligned and shared between intake and exhaust), HD Pushrods Mercury 3 blade propeller This will be a big upgrade from a BONE STOCK 23 HP GTR |

Update. Engine is here, Parts have poured in, I've taken all the new stock parts to NOT be used off. Will be pulling heads to work next week, Rods, pistons, and camshaft should arrive next week aswell. Once this motor is assembled I will swap onto Jesse's frame for a whole new attitude. This engine will be a stout one that's for sure! |

Motor Is apart and ready for the new rotating assembly and camshaft. I DE shrouded the Combustion chambers on the cylinder heads last night. As soon as my rods, pistons, and camshaft arrive I will build the short block then get back on the heads. |

Progress on Jesse's engine. The short block is complete after waiting for the custom pistons and Rods came in. Rings are file fit to the bore. Camshaft is timed for this application. The engine will get fully assembled today. Tomorrow I will swap the 35 on the frame in preparation for tuning it. I rebuilt Jesse's lower as the bearing were really bad off. |

Thanks fellas. Like I told Jesse, His hull will now be the limiting factor. The engine is a workhorse even at a 4750 RPM limit. |

Me and Marcus agreed my hull is the limiting factor with it being a smaller Hull and not a mud hull. I got 35 with me and my dog. I got 29 with me and 2 other guys with a dog. For what I am using it for which is tight timber and marsh here and there these speeds and the power it has to haul I am 100000000% satisfied and could not be happier. This boat still has plenty of power to haul more guys and I am excited to see how well it performs with my duck load! Thanks again Marcus if anyone wants a performance motor built you seriously need to consider Marcus at Bayou Surface Drive! |
