I have not owned one, but have been in one before. IMO, a tiller or CC rig would be mo betta. It is nice being comfortable on the long runs, but you can do that with a CC, take up less room with a CC, and less things can break. Like I said, this is my opinion. |

Bryce's reply pretty much sums it up.... I'd also recommend a test drive so you can see if a stick-steer surface drive will work for 75% of the time you will honestly use it for.... |

JLACOUR used to run one. He doesn't come on much anymore, but you could try to PM him. ALSO, If you will use the search feature and put in Stick Steer, you will find post from him about them. I think he liked it. I have seen one or two at the runs, and they seemed pretty interesting.... Good luck |
