Post WD40 on exhaust?
I remember reading where someone mentioned wiping down and then using ws40 on a new exhaust before running it. Whats the idea behind this? I tried to dig up the thread, but couldn't find it.

Kinda like seasoning a black iron pot. Adds a layer of protection to it. I spray some on there every few trips. Just coat it down when I get home. These things may be stainless but they can develope some surface rust as will anything else.

The Liquid Wrench Lubricating Oil (blue can) works better (Thanks BB) it stays on and dosent just evaporate.
