Post Homemade Exhaust for a PD
Anyone fabricate a homemade exhaust for a Prodrive.I have a bunch of buddies that are welders that can make one.Do the ones EVT or Hopkins have some kind of baflles in them are just a hollow canister with the outlets on them.Thinking of making one with some 4" stainless pipe capping both ends and putting outlets. What needs to be on the inside.Just putting this out there may spark some interest in someone.

In order to get the true sound, you need to put 22 cal. bullets in the inside of your muffler. When engine is warmed up, this will give you that BOOM BOOM POW.

:?: Or, you can just order a muffler from Hopkins or EVT..

Thanks, inside is the finest empty space available. The plan was to make the headers dump the exhaust at the bottom of the chamber and make it spiral around to the exit creating some back pressure. Unfortunately we had measured the header length wrong and had to settle with this. But I haven't had any issues with the motor and its been there for about 2 years or more.
