 Mikuni prolems
I am wondering if anyone else has trouble with their Mikuni carb in extreme cold weather. Last season I struggled getting it to start reliably. It seemed like if it fell below 25-20 degrees it would just load up, flood out and I had to change the plugs to get it to run. I have a feeling it has to big of jet, but I really don't know. Between this and killing my hand turning the throttle on long runs, I'm really close to going back to the stock set up. Any input appreciated.

 Re: Mikuni prolems
well i ive built many custom scooters in my time but the difference is about 600cc between a harley evo or even on a s&s 100 cuber we use the same hsr 42 and the main jet is set for such that is why usually you shorten the stroke on the rod for the accelerator pump so it doesnt load up on acceleration ..do you have a horizontal or vertical motor ?
