 carb kit comparison
Does anyone have any opinions on the mud buddy mikuni carb kit setup where it bolts to the stock intake tubes with two adapters versus the EVT carb kit that comes with a new intake tube that connects directly to the carb? Which one do you think is better?

MB kit works good but the EVT does flow better.

 Re: carb kit comparison
Some people have said that you lose a little bottom end with the EVT intake. I asked the same thing when I bought my MB Mikuni kit. I can't remember the thread name but try a search, there were a lot of good replies. My take on it was that the MB setup was better for simpler modifications like exhaust & heads but the EVT was better on motors that had more modifications.
Intake FE's, does this sound right?
