Anyone running these? What is the deal with the shims that are with them? Thought the point of the dual spring was so no shim was needed?

`Dual springs are needed to control large cam lift & fast ramp rates
as well as heavy rockers & push rods.
we use the shims to set the seat presure to prevent valve bounce in the
seat. ( do not use dual springs on a stock cam) :D

I have the cam you sell, how many of the shims would you recommend or how much seat pressure is required?
