Keep doing exactly what you are doing until it stops getting milky.

Sunk Mine awhile back, mech friend told me what to do:
1. Pull out plugs and turn motor over to get water out of cylinders.
2. Change oil until it is not milky
3.Pull off carba and intake to make sure moisture is out of intake and clean jets bowls in carb
4. Make sure ALL electrical connections are not carodid( bad spelling)
5 Spray all connections with termanal cleaner and then protector.
6. Run engine until all water in exhust is out and hope it works.

Good luck, mine turned out fine but got to it and had it shop within an hour.

A very well versed small engine mechanic type dude that builds a bunch of engines around here sprayed WD-40 through my intake as it was turnin over...word was that the WD-40 attracts the moisture and blows it out the pistons
