just picked up a 32hp prodrive with reverse 2007 model any thoughs on what mods to do to really get the juice out of this motor. also anything to watch out for on this one only has 4 hours on the motor

motor should be as good as new. throw a stage 1 on er and take it from there.

where do you guys get parts for you motors?

extreme v twins . com is pretty much what everyone heres uses. They also have backwater performance. which is a more moderate mod. Meaning alot of the parts are stock length so you can go back to stock if you ever pleased. a stage 1 which is exhaust, mikuni carb, and headwork will cost you about 1800.00 but remember you can also get alot from simply selecting the rite prop and matching your motor to the right transom...
