I have a 24 HP Honda Beavertail LT motor. My kill switch doesn't work, but all of the wires seem to be connected properly. The motor runs, but when I disconnect the kill switch, it keeps on running. Any thoughts on where to begin trouble shooting the issue? |

if u have an ohm meter check continuity across da switch to make sure it's good, if it's good ur wiring ain't right. |

The kill switch has normally open contacts I. It. If you remove the wires, nothing is going to happen. I had one go out on my last motor, it was less than a year old. If you want to make sure your wiring is right just short the wires together. That would simulate you operating the switch and should kill the engine |
