I have a kohler 25 gdlt , and i wood like to get more speed and power without buying a new motor, just wondering if anyone has added mod to this motor. |

Mods for 25 / 27 Kohler carb kit w/ adapter cam exhaust headwork (limited on decking b/c of hydraulic lifters) EVT offers these parts |

I did not know they used a Hydraulic cam/lifters on the Kohler. Is it set up like a small block chevrolet with a hyd cam/lifters? Set valves to zero lash and the lifter takes up the slack from the oil inside the lifter? |

when you say carb kit do you mean efi carb or no. Myfriend told me today that a efi carb is better in cold weather for starting. |
