Ok I've got the stainless pipe and access to a tig welder, going to attemt to fab my own dual exhaust. Just not sure what to do to the inside for back pressure and flow. was woundering if anyone has done this and could give suggestions.

thats funny! was thinking about capping off the pipe coming off the flange, drilling holes in the side, then welding a larger pipe over that

You dont want "backpressure" What you want is scavaging. This means that when the exhaust starts flowing it kinda starts sucking it out of the engine.

If the exhaust is to big it will not allow for the scavaging process.

At least this is my understanding of how it works

Here's what I put in mine. Just regular old household fiberglass insulation. It's just wrapped around the pipe with a bunch of holes in it. They sound pretty darn good.

Could you use glass packs off of a truck to put on mud motor? Just wondering if that would mess the performance of the motor up any?
