What is normal idle rpm's while in gear in the water on a 35GTR?

Can the idle be too low and harm the engine due to oil pressure and such?

How do you adjust the idle?

Prop in water, in gear my idle is approx 850-900 RPM.

In the water in gear mine idles @ about 900 rpm's. Out of the water around 1100.
