 sunken 20 GD LT A buddy of mine sank his 20hp Go-devil longtail the day he was to leave for the big sandbox. the motor is a briggs, electric start.
I drained the oil a few times for him, filled it once all the water was out, and removed the plugs and dried the cylinders for him.
with that in mind, I am going to pick up all the necessary filters for him and attempt to get it running before he returns. what all should I get in addition to the filters to try to get it up and runing on my first trip to the parts store???

Re: sunken 20 GD LT Plugs, Seafoam gas treatment(If water got in carb.) and some Marvel Mystery Oil. Put bout 8 oz of Mystery Oil in with engine oil.

Re: sunken 20 GD LT Yeah Roger. Don't add more than 'bout 8 oz. though. Mystery oil is thin don't want to thin the oil out too much. Run it all the time in mine and truck.
