LED Light Bar - Quick Disconnect?
For those of you with light bars, what are you using for a quick disconnect of the bracket from the hull? The wiring I'll use a Deutsch waterproof connector, but for the fastening to the hull, I wanted something removable. I figured I would reach out before jerry riggin something up from Home Depot or Auto Zone!
Thanks, Wade

He's talking about removing the light from the base.
We built a sissy bar for a guys polling platform and he wanted it removable. We used the quick connect from Min Kota that they use on their trolling motors. It worked well with no slack in it and was built very well.

Use rivnuts. Or build a bar that the pipe will drop down into the deck. Pulls off in 2 seconds

FT, I have the pointed bow, so the rivnut is the ticket. Thanks.

Re: LED Light Bar - Quick Disconnect?
Just got the call to leave out of town on business, so all progress stopped until I get back on Thursday. Shit.
