Any of yall on here from around Birmingham AL and know how to trim a transom on an aluminum boat? I have a boat with a 20" transom and I need about 4" taken off the transom so that I can run my long tail on it. Thought about using a jackplate but that wouldn't help me out. So if any of yall are good with welding and metal work, let me know. I'm getting back from my deployment here in a few days, so it might take me a minute or two to get back to ya.
