Post Havoc MST
I haven't seen a real review of one of these things. They look cool but other than that i don't know much about em. Has anyone been holding out on us?

If I ran outboards I would like to own one. Very nice hulls.

The only difference between that and their normal hulls is "inverted" ribs in the hull. They also offer an optional 1/8" bottom for the MST's. They make a decent outboard hull but their mud hull is almost exactly the same.

What does an inverted rib do for a boat. That's unique

They claim it negates the problems caused by traditional ribbed hulls in mud-boat applications. Looks like a suctioning machine to me.

I'm not all that concerned with it. I was just curious. I love my Gator Trax. Just sort of wondered how these hulls were doing

I checked out some of the videos and I'm not real impressed with the bracing in the floor. It should be a fast hull bc it doesn't look like there's much to it.

I'm sure it's a fast hull. I have a havoc outboard hull and it's fast, but I'm constantly worried about tearing it up.

I've always thought inverted ribs would be a pretty good idea.

Still gunna hang up in the stumps though

The main problem that I have with the design is that it looks like the inverted ribs are the only longitudinal braces they have. And the cross braces just weld on top of them. Somebody that actually knows please correct me if I'm wrong. I just saw a pic of a hull being built and thats what it looked like. Not saying that it wouldn't hold up to occasional use but it seems like after a while even a .125 hull would develop some hooks..

Post Re: Havoc MST
The reason I decided to go with havoc is bc of speed and weight I don't run many stumps just a lot of vegitation and mud if I do run stumps I generally run slow enough that It won't hurt if I did hit them it's a Black Death 4500 and I put a marsh mellow exhaust on it and with bare boat just me and my wife I was getting around 33 mph in shallow water and 31 in deep I'm very happy with it I was concerned about the inverted ribs suctioning in the mud but so far it hasn't what little mud I have had it in if anyone wants to ask any questions about it message me
