 Fourwheeler in the boat??
Any of yall haul a fourwheeler in a 48" wide boat? Like 18-19ft? I do it in my 17x60 outboard rig and its easy as pie, just wonderin if its too much in a narrower boat. I have a 300 fourtrax with winch an big tires an shit so its prolly 650ish. An what kinda speeds you get with a stockish 35 motor?

 Re: Fourwheeler in the boat??
Have a 1748, handled a 300 bayou and a 350 rancher (not at the same time lol). Has a 27 on the back. I wouldn't run it on plane, as it was a bit squirrelly with the center of gravity so high, but did fine at around 7-8 mph. If I had 21 or 24" sides, I would've just gone on. My dad's 1652 with the same motor would do 14 on plane with the 300 bayou, but with with 22" sides there was enough freeboard to give it gas and go without any concern even though it was a little tippy off plane. I imagine mine would be fine, I just don't care to swim after a 4 wheeler in 45 degree water, and wasn't in a hurry.

 Re: Fourwheeler in the boat??
I've seen it done with a foreman 400 in a 1748 with a 50hp outboard. The guy apparently did it routinely. Had ramps and a deck extension etc.

I've put a Rancher 350 4x4 in my 16x48 and went all the way to the camp with it! did a steady 25 mph with it in the boat and myself, and turned just fine. never missed a lick.
