Post Gatorglide and Aluminum Cleaners??
Just completed the sale of my rig and doing the workup on my new one. For the ones that are running Gatorglide and don't have your hull painted, have you ever used aluminum cleaners to keep the shine on your unpainted surfaces? Does it affect the Gatorglide if it comes in contact with it. Really leaning towards not painting my hull but having Gatorglide. I just don't want to break down the Glide chemically and have issues down the road. Thanks for your responses gents...

I would test it in a inconspicuous place under the boat. It probably wont hurt it but test it. The problem I see is aluminum cleaners are usually acid and will dull the surface making it stain and get dirty faster. You would need to polish it after each cleaning. painting would be a better option IMO.
