Ok, so I have decided I'm repainting my boat. My plan is to prime the boat with marine primer, after prep of course!. I want to use the nat gear stencil by red leg and also get a grass stencil to scatter on the boat. My question is what about the colors? I think I have set on parkers paint but I'm not sure which one of their colors I should get for the base coat color. I live in Louisiana were I will be hunting marshes, swamps, and timber. After I decide on the correctly colored base coat for the patern I'm trying to get the rest will fall in place with the assorted Parker paint can kit and my stencils. I also will put gator glide on the bottom but I know what color I'm getting for that. Does it matter between g2 and g4, it doesn't seem like a big difference but I may be wrong. Any input is valued and appreciated. Thx!

How much will it cost you to paint it yourself? I was gonna go that route but I didn't have a sprayer and compresser. I got Gator Trax to camo mine for around $300. That was the outside only because I put turf on the inside and picked up a few spray cans of matching paint from them. Paint has held up very well. It was worth it to me.
