 Tilt and trim for MM?

Post Tilt and trim for MM?
I am buying my first surface drive motor soon and it will be replacing my 25 hp yamaha tiller that has tilt and trim. When I take the Yammy off will i want the tilt and trim for the mud motor or will it be useless and should sell it along with my old motor?
