whats the best paint and primer to go with

Nor do you bother to do a quick search on the forum for all the great discussions about paint and primer. There have been many, and there is no one best to use. Everyone has a different opinion. If will pissed you off that quickly, no way do you have the patience to paint a boat. Sell it and get a new one so the paint is fresh.

Will, it's still not caught up with "my boat runs 34 with a stage 1" but they can't even tell you what they had done to their motor. Lol

I occasionally look at the topics on mmt and attempt to help folks out if I can, however, when I do come on here and see the same questions asked over and over again when there is a search feature, it reminds me how your president got elected twice. Everybody wants someone else to give them the answer without them having to do any work to get it for themselves. Until your wonderful government takes the privilege away from me, I will be a smart ass if I chose to be one for the day. It currently still is my right to do so. Good luck with your painting
