 War Eagle: Sportsman vs Blackhawk
I have not looked at War Eagles in a while. Are the Blackhawks considered a "big water" boat...or what exactly?
How do the Blackhawks compare to their Sportsman models?
Specifically an 860LDSV Sportsman vs a 961 Blackhawk?
Thanks.

Re: War Eagle: Sportsman vs Blackhawk
The Blackhawk has a few more frills, is wider at the beam (more room), and more dead rise (smoother ride in rough water) while the sportsman is a bit simpler, and will be a tad rougher ride at 12* deadrise. They'll both be a good outboard boat, but that extra room usually doesn't hurt to have.
