 1638 godevil
Is there floor underneath those new floatation boxes in the new gd boats? I had a 1648 a few years ago and coco sent me the extra foam. If i bought a new one id have to snatch that box out. Anyone know how tgey are attached? Is it just riveted in?

Are you talking about the "lawyer box" in the rear center of the boat? That is just screwed down, the floor does run all the way under it.

 Re: 1638 godevil
Yeah thats what im talking about. So it can be snatched out or put back in easily? I really like tge gd boats. Little 1638 with a 23 lt will be all ill ever need. Trying to decide between the GD boat and a 1642 crawfish skiff.

Yes, it can be removed or reinstalled in a few minutes either way.
