What do you guys think of this rig? This is a totally custom rig we designed for Flyway Fowling Guide Service out of Ferryville WI. Capt Todd Lansing had some pretty specific design features he wanted for this rig and we worked with him for about two months designing and building every detail to his specifications. He guides 60 out of 60 days each season with four men almost everyday. We had to design everything in this rig to withstand even the heaviest client (fold down ramps/ladders can handle 400-500 lb men). The heater system is really cool, we designed it so the heaters can retract out of the way when not in use and deploy to either heat directly on the hunters or down towards the floor to keep feet warm on the really cool days.

There are so many features in the this blind that are one of kind custom options, but we managed to make them all work together in a simple, functional design. Make no mistake, this is a monster rig. We will have more pictures and videos of it running up in a few days, you will be amazed at the loaded speeds we got out of this rig, any of our resident FE's want to venture a guess what this 2850 lbs rig loaded with six people (1500 lbs) and eight people (1700 lbs +) runs in deep flood waters with dual stock 36 PDs?

Comments, questions and feedback are welcomed.

Thanks,

PW

Great looking rig. Those heaters are over the top, as is the oven. I will bet when he brushes that thing up it is going to be deadly...and comfortable. I will add this rig to the "in my dreams" file.

No mods on the motors, completely stock with stock props.

You guys will get a better idea of speeds when Cutt Down gets some video clips up.

Post subject:  Re: Phowler 2072 Dual Rig

I ran my 2060 dually at boat hell two years ago and it did great (except when I left the man step down and wrapped it around the stump going into the A ditch    ). Having said that I can say with absolute certainty, that 72 would only make it through boat hell if we put about four 48" brush hogs and three 36" chain saws on the front :o  8-)
