Re: Live well who has pics of one?
I have one for redfish & trout tournaments, however I use an oxygen system & a simple cooler which is 10x better than a livewell ever thought of being (in terms of oxygen). The fish come out of the cooler like they are on crack... Of course you do have to exchange the water every couple of hours to add fresh water in this is the advantage of the livewell but even when I had a fiberglass flats boat the areas I would pole if I ran the livewell would suck up sand and silt up the box causing additional problems. The cooler works well for me.

Re: Live well who has pics of one?
A buddy of mine sells these 02 Systems if your interested I can send you photos of mine or post them up, but his website is www.pro-o2.com I have talked with Keith about getting them stocked in his store. There are a lot of redfish tournaments that come through Houston, Galveston, Freeport, Port Neches area and most tournaments these days do live weigh-ins.

I have a little ice chest and a bilge pump, I put the bilge pump with the pipe out of the water in the chest and let er rip.
It does a pretty good job on keeping the water oxgenated and the fish alive.

Re: Live well who has pics of one?
Here's is a cheap pure oxygen system with adjustable brass regulator, stone and tube that works great. http://www.oxyedge-chum.com/oe-d_model_$99_75.htmBuy the full disposable oxygen tanks at Ace Hardware, Lowe's or Home Depot. My livewell is a 5 gal plastic pickle bucket with a lid. They're cheap too. You can buy them at McDonalds for $0.50. Sometimes they will give them to you and they're free. My whole oxygen system livewell rig cost less than $110 drive out and it will keep live bait alive and healthy in the hottest summer temperatures. The main thing is that it's cheap and fits my budget. I've been using this set-uo 3 years and would never use anything else. I would say good luck, but you don't need luck to bait alive and in good condition; you will need pure oxygen, a cheap oxygen system and a 5 gallon plastic bucket.

Re: Live well who has pics of one?
Prior to owning my bassboat I fished lots of tournaments out of a flat that had no livewell. All you need is an icechest and a bildge pump hooked up to a spray bar. When you want to pump in, throw your bildge pump over the side of the boat and fill er up. When pumping out throw your spray bar out the side. An icechest is better insulated than any llivewell I've ever seen. So when you put ice in your water to drop the temps it stays cool for longer periods. As previoulsy stated icechest are removable making more feesiable being you are going to be limited in a smaller boat for space compared to other boats.

Re: Live well who has pics of one?
When some one wants a live well I build them in to the front seat so they can use it as dry storage or turn the pump on and use it as a live well. See attached picture. I do not have any of it open to see the inside.
