I built a mud boat to run shit over, that's also why I bought a mud motor! Seems like a inflatable boat defeats the purpose of a mm. Plus and outboard will probably have a better weight to power ratio to push it |

i guess i should have known better to ask a question on the internet. All smart ass comments and people worried about spelling and periods and question marks. I came to this site and asked a legitimate question, there is a reason I want to go with inflatable boat, I am in very shallow water, no debris tp speak of, just soft grass. This shallow water leads to deep water where we dive and inflatable boats make a great dive boat. My boat only weights 270 pounds compared to 570 for 16 foot aluminum. boat will be stored and used in salt water. |

If you already have an Zodic then stick a MM on it and try it. If your need is to have a boat you can fit in an airplane, try it. If your buying a hull, get a real river sled or mud boat hull and forget the inflatables. Take it from one who has experience. Send Stu a PM. He has more experience than anyone on here when it comes to inflatables. Duckdon |

You can in fact put a mud motor on an inflatable. Inflatables are outstanding vessels, that is why they are used by Army Rangers, SF, Seals, etc... Here is my setup. https://youtu.be/OEEcvma0iCU |
